Serge Aurier wanted by Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona as he stalls on Paris Saint-Germain deal
Ivorian right-back is a wanted man and is weighing up options as PSG look to keep hold of him until 2022
SERGE AURIER has reportedly been offered a new contract by Paris Saint-Germain.
But the right-back is yet to commit following strong interest from Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona.
Aurier is believed to be content in the French capital but has lost his role as an automatic starter following the emergence of Thomas Meunier.
The Ivory Coast international is already tied down to PSG until 2019, but club chiefs are desperate to tie him down until 2022.
France Football via claims Director of Football Patrick Kluivert has officially presented the lucrative three-year extension to Aurier.
But an agreement has not been reached, with the 24-year-old well aware that he’s being followed by some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
It’s believed that Man United are interested in doing a deal, as are Liverpool and Barcelona.
But Man City are said to be in pole position as Pep Guardiola hunts for a new defender to patrol the right flank.
Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta are both set to leave on free transfers this summer, opening the door for Aurier to complete an Etihad switch.
