Sanchez put Chelsea on red alert last month by saying he wishes to stay in London.
He said: "I am happy in London and I hope to finish my contract at Arsenal.
“I want to stay in a winning team and keep playing in the same city. I want to play in a team that has aspirations.
“I’m 28 years old, I still have a lot ahead of me. I am a player who takes great care of himself.”
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is a fan of Sanchez, calling him a "top player".
Sanchez signed for Arsenal in a £35million move from Barcelona in July 2014.
The Chilean is the Gunners' top scorer this season, with 18 Premier League goals and 22 in all competitions.
