FORMER Manchester United star Dwight Yorke has turned up at the clubs Carrington training ground, and did not look out of place arriving in his special edition Corvette Stingray.

The United stars, who were away on international duty are back, and gearing up for Saturday’s crucial home game against West Bromwich Albion.

With the transfer window now closed until the summer, United boss Jose Mourinho is short of attacking options this weekend.

And with talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic suspended, could Yorke, who scored 65 goals in four seasons, be on the comeback?

Yorke, 45, left Old Trafford 14 years ago to join Blackburn Rovers, after winning the treble in 1999, still has a great relationship with the club and is now travels the world as a United ambassador.

But the former United striker will have to go some way to impress Mourinho after featuring in a Club Legends side thrashed 3-0 by their Australian counterparts last week in Perth.

Yorke could also be taking management tips from the Special One, the former Aston Villa man wanted the Villa job following the sacking of Remi Garde.
