A collection of former Red Devils including the likes of Paul Scholes and Dwight Yorke took part in the charity match in honour of former West Ham man Dylan Tombides.
The Australian striker sadly passed away in April 2014 due to testicular cancer aged just 20, and the two sides came together to raise money for the DT38 Foundation, which was set up by Tracy Tombides after the death of her son to raise awareness surrounding men's health issues.
