JOSE MOURINHO is closing in on landing Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic in a deal thought to be around £40million.
The Croatian winger is desperate to join Mourinho at United and has already agreed a £100,000-a-week deal to join Old Trafford.

Who is Ivan Perisic?
Perisic is a Croatian professional football, currently playing for Inter Milan.
The Split-born star plays as a winger or forward for the Serie A club.
While Mourinho himself once managed Inter, he was never there to take charge of Perisic.
Who has Ivan Perisic played for?
Perisic started his career as a youth product of home-town side Hadjuk Split, before spending the final season of his youth life at French side Sochaux.
After two years with their 'B' side, he moved to Club Brugge before attracting the attention of German giants Borussia Dortmund.
Following two seasons at Dortmund, Perisic spent another two years in the Bundesliga with Wolfsburg, before joining Inter Milan in 2015.
Perisic has also racked up 56 caps for Croatia, scoring 16 times for his country.
Will Ivan Perisic sign for Manchester United?
Things are looking positive for United fans that Perisic will be donning the red shirt come the summer.
With Mourinho previously making a personal trip to Croatia to conclude the deal, it would be hard for the Inter man to turn down the offer.
It is believed a fee of around £40million with a £100,000-a-week wage on the table has already been agreed.
But it is no forgone conclusion as fellow Premier League giants Liverpool and Chelsea have also shown an interest in the forward.
