Andreas Christensen opens up about Chelsea future and reveals he will return this summer
Loaned out Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen has admitted that he needs to impress boss Antonio Conte this summer if he wants to return to west London.
The Danish centre back, who is currently plying his trade with Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach, has impressed during his time in Germany.
And despite the Borussians being keen to exercise a permanent deal with the 20-year-old at the end of the season, Christensen appears motivated to return to Stamford Bridge.

Asked whether he would be competing for his native homeland in the U21 European Championships this summer, Christensen alluded to a possible change in clubs.
Speaking to , he said: "I really want to play finals, but it depends on what happens at club level.
"I have not had a holiday in a really long time. If I’m going back to England and I need to impress my new coach in pre-season."
The Dane signed a professional contract with the Blues in 2013 after progressing through the youth ranks, but has made just one senior appearance since then.
But he appears to have caught the eye of Conte after a string of good performances for Monchengladbach, making 52 appearances and scoring five goals in a two-year loan spell.
In that time he has also won Danish Talent of the Year in 2015, as well as Player of the Year for the Borussians during the 2015/16 campaign.
Christensen is likely to join up with his parent club at the end of the season, and could see himself projected into the first team should Conte refrain from dipping into the transfer market.
