Peter Crouch’s century of Premier League goals is commemorated by Stoke pottery firm with extra tall mug
Potters fans can raise a glass to the popular striker after local company comes up with tribute of the highest order
STOKE fans can raise a toast to striker Peter Crouch after a pottery firm created an extra-tall MUG to commemorate his 100th Premier League goal.
The the 6ft 7in former England star reached his century with the opener in a 1-1 draw at the bet365 Stadium against Everton on February 1.
The ex-Liverpool and Spurs frontman, 36, even brought back his famous robot celebration to mark the milestone.

Now, Foley China in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, have produced a nine-inch mug as a tribute - with price-tag of £24.95.
It features a series of cartoon-style drawings of Crouchie wearing the red and white home strip performing the robot dance on a white background.
The company has also made a standard-size mug, which can be snapped up by Potters fans for £9.99.
The 'Robot' mugs - fresh off the kiln last Friday - were the brainchild of owner Keith Martin and designer Gareth Williams.
Keith, 69, said: "The Crouch mug is nine inches high, so 22.86 centimetres, and locally made.
"We've already had a lot of interest in them.
"It goes without saying that with Stoke City being the premier football team in the area it was thought that there would be enough interest in sharing Peter's achievement.

"We're a small company and have season ticket holders employed here, which added to the idea of creating the mugs.
"We try to do a range of mugs that reflect the Potteries."
A Stoke City spokesman said: "We are delighted to see a local company marking Peter's landmark career moment in true Potteries style."
