Neil Warnock makes his Cardiff players train on local park ahead of Derby clash

NEIL WARNOCK brought football back to its roots after he made Cardiff train in a local park ahead of their Championship clash against Derby.
The Bluebirds' team bus rocked up in a small village called Little Eaton and Warnock made his players train in the mud of St Peter's Park.
Residents of the small town were shocked to see the second-tier side training on their local field.
Chris Hallsworth, who was driving through the area was astonished to see Warnock barking orders in his grey tracksuit top to his players.
He told the : "It was a strange sight. First of all the big team bus turned up and then all of these first-team footballers started getting off.
"Neil was shouting at them, really putting them through their paces, and there were a handful of residents watching in disbelief."

Whilst Derby County season ticket holder Paul Gouldridge, said: "It's not everyday you see a professional football team here. I don't know why were they here but they seemed in good spirits."
And John Ridgery added: "I saw the players have a laugh and they were taking selfies with children. It definitely wasn't Little Eaton United that's for sure."
It is believed the training session in the park took place at 10am this morning ahead of the 7.45pm kick off.
