ARSENAL, Watford and Lazio will all battle it out to sign Toulouse teenage sensation Alban Lafont.

The Ligue 1 keeper, 18, has already nailed down a spot as the side's No 1 and now has caught the eye of Premier League sides looking to swoop.

Arsene Wenger is said to be unsure how long current shot-stopper Petr Cech will hang around and the Hornets missed out on signing Chelsea's reserve Asmir Begovich in the transfer window.

However, Lazio are now in the mix as well.

Lafont has been earmarked as a potential keeper for his country and kept a clean sheet in his senior debut against Nice at the age of just 16.

He is known for his intimidating size - he stands 6ft 4ins already - and holds the record for being the youngest keeper to ever play in the French top flight.
