Ian Wright: If I was Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea came back in for me I’d actually get in my car, phone the manager on the way down to London and tell him I’m off

IAN WRIGHT believes Romelu Lulaku should jump straight in his car and head to Stamford Bridge if Chelsea want him back this summer.
Wrighty told our sports editor Shaun Custis in their latest SunSport podcast that the Everton striker has "unfinished business" with the champions-elect.
Lukaku is in such hot form that the Blues are already thought to be weighing up a huge close-season bid.

And when asked how the Belgium star should respond if that happens, Wrighty said: "If I was him I'd actually get in my car and phone the manager on the way down to London! I'm off. - I wouldn't even lock the door.
"This is going to rumble on and if he has to make that decision, he'll probably leave."
But for now Wrighty feels Everton will be keen to dampen exit rumours as quickly as possible.
The former Arsenal and England frontman said: "As soon as they can quell that talk, he's settled and everyone else will be settled.
"There are massive things happening at Everton with the new ownership and money coming in so it's a very exciting place to be right now."
Meanwhile, Wrighty slammed Arsenal's mentality after four defeats in the last nine Premier League games.
Their 3-1 loss at leaders Chelsea last Saturday immediately followed Watford's 2-1 victory at the Emirates.

Wrighty said: "When Arsenal went into the Chelsea game, we almost knew we're not going to win.
"What we need to be thinking about and looking at is why we're not performing in games like that.
"Why is it happening again? What's being said?
"The revolt is bubbling up, you can feel it's happening. If we lose to Hull, the natives are going to start jumping over the fence. They're going to storm the castle."
But he feels Arsene Wenger should - and will - remain in charge.
He said: "Why are they going to get rid of the most successful manager, in respect of business, the club has ever had?"
Wrighty, though, is even more appalled by the plight of his other former club Crystal Palace - and especially their players.
He said of their 4-0 home hammering against bottom side Sunderland last weekend: "These Palace players are so hot and cold.
"Alan Pardew's gone. Sam (Allardyce) is the saviour of so many clubs and he seems to not be able to make any difference to them.
"At some stage, you have to look at the boys on the pitch.
"You've got unbelievable fans, an unbelievable chairman, a manager that's cut out for this situation and you've got players who are not responding.
"At some stage, the players have got to take responsibility."
The second-bottom Eagles were so poor that Wrighty said of Allardyce: "I've never seen a manager so dumbstruck. He was shellshocked."
He also reckons big clubs are neglecting Black Cats' 14-goal top scorer Jermain Defoe purely because he is 34.
Ex-Tottenham poacher Defoe claims he is as fit, fast and sharp as he was a decade ago - and is worthy of an England recall.
Wrighty said: "He does look as sharp. What people don't understand about him is that he really does look after himself.
"Why he hasn't gone to a top four club with the record he's got and the consistency in goal scoring, it is baffling.”
