BRAZIL legend Rivaldo’s son has joined Dinamo Burcharest.
The Romanian side announced the signing of the striker on their social media pages on Tuesday.
Rivaldinho, 21, joins after being released by International in his homeland and has penned a three-and-a-half year deal.
The club revealed he will wear the No 9 shirt.
Rivaldinho is following in his father’s footsteps by making the move to European football.
Attacking midfielder Rivaldo scored 86 La Liga goals in five seasons at Barcelona, and also enjoyed spells with Deportivo La Coruna, AC Milan and Olympiacos.
Incredibly, the pair scored in the same game in 2015 for Brazilian second division side Mogi Mirim in a 3-1 win over Macae.
Rivaldinho began his professional career with club – before landing a move to Portugese side Boavista.
But he only made one league appearance in a difficult season before returning to Brazil.
Dinamo Bucharest are in fifth place in Romanian Liga 1.
