Chelsea star Eden Hazard has revealed his side ‘could have scored more’ goals in against Arsenal – but are saving it for next week

EDEN HAZARD has revealed his team could have scored more in the clash against Arsenal, but saved the goals for next week.

The Blues star scored a sumptuous solo goal at Stamford Bridge on Saturday as Chelsea cruised to a 3-1 win over the Gunners.

Picking up the ball on the halfway line, he jinxed his way through Arsene Wenger's men, evading the challenges of Francis Coquelin and Laurent Koscielny before slotting home in the far corner.

His goal made it 2-0 shortly into the second half, with Marcos Alonso and Cesc Fabregas scoring either side of his strike.

The win moved Antonio Conte's side 12 points clear of their London rivals to effectively rule them out of the title race once again.

Hazard said: "The fans were amazing. 3-1 is a good result for us and the gap is bigger now which is good.

"We want to stay there (top) forever and we enjoy it.

"We could have scored two or three more goals but we keep it for the next game I think. We deserved the win."

Chelsea play Burnley away next Sunday looking to tighten their grip on the Premier league title.

They sit nine points clear at the top, with Tottenham Hotspur their closest challengers in second place.
