ARSENE WENGER is sitting in the stands at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea fans - but keeps having his view blocked by cheering fans.
The Arsenal boss, serving a four game ban for pushing a linesman, has made sure he is near the dugouts to communicate with his technical area - and looked glum as the Blues took the lead.
He was not the only Gunners employee sitting in the stands, as suspended midfielder Granit Xhaka took his place in the Arsenal away end, smiling with fans.
Wenger shoved fourth official Anthony Taylor during their 2-1 win over Burnley after being sent to the stands by referee Jon Moss.
This is the third match Wenger is watching away from the dugout but this time he is sat with Blues supporters rather than the directors’ box, which is on the other side of the stadium.
Wenger is surrounded with security in the middle of the East Stand because it the same side as the tunnel – meaning he has easy access to the dressing room.
The 67-year-old is allowed to give his side team talks before kick off and at half time as well as having to fulfil his media duties.
Arsenal and Chelsea came to an agreement for him to sit on the terraces and arranged for stewards to escort him to his seat.
But he looked annoyed a happy fan in front of him jumped to his feet to celebrate Marco Alonso's opening goal in the lunch time kick-off today.
And security guards had to step in when the opener was scored, with Blues fans celebrating towards the Frenchman.
