Yahoo Sport report that a nominal fee would be involved.

West Ham boss Slaven Bilic knows Kaldirim from his time coaching Fenerbahce’s Istanbul rivals Besiktas.

Celtic enquired about Kaldirim earlier in the season and are still in the hunt, and Besiktas are also keen. But the player is said to prefer a move to the Premier League.

Kaldirim was born in Germany so can play in Europe without a work permit as an EU national.

He was a youth player at Mainz 05 before joining FC Kaiserslautern.
