JOSE MOURINHO’S hair is in a continual state of flux.
But it seems the Special One has a lucky set of locks when it comes to getting results on the pitch.
Manchester United boss Mourinho basked in adulation as he revealed a bold buzzcut during a press conference this week.
It was a far cry from the thick winter mane he had previously been showing off at Old Trafford.
But history indicates Mourinho benefited from a close trim while managing Premier League rivals Chelsea.
United fans will be delighted to know that the Portuguese tactician won nine of his first 11 matches during the 2006/07 season after getting scalped during a visit to his barber.
And Chelsea’s loss of form came just as Mourinho’s barnet got the continental treatment, with the Blues drawing their last five games and allowing United to win the title by six points.
