Tottenham stars go for a bike ride around Barcelona as they take a break from their warm weather training

TOTTENHAM stars got their (bicycle) kicks from biking without helmets - during a break from warm weather training in Barcelona.

Kyle Walker tweeted a carefree photo of himself with fellow England players Dele Alli and Eric Dier, plus Christian Eriksen and Ben Davies.

Spurs have swapped foggy, chilly, polluted London for Spain's more comfortable climate as they prepare for Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round tie at home to Wycombe.

But biking Walker took it a step further by donning a cap and sunglasses.

But boss Mauricio Pochettino might also feel they deserve to relax after the rigours of their 2-2 comeback draw at Manchester City last Saturday.

City livewires Leroy Sane and Kevin De Bruyne punished errors from Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris early in the second half to give the hosts a 2-0 lead.

But Alli's scoring header gave Tottenham hope and Son Heung-Min swept a controversial equaliser on 77 minutes.
