MANCHESTER UNITED star Paul Pogba needs to stop messing around with his hair and social media, or end up a flop like Memphis Depay, according to Ruud Gullit.
The Dutchman - who played for AC Milan and Chelsea during his distinguished career - has warned £89million-man Pogba to focus on the football, or risk becoming a famous Old Trafford failure.
Since arriving in the Premier League, the French midfielder, 23, has drawn more attention to himself for his wacky hair-dos, interesting dress sense, dabbing and his social media presence than his football.

But Gullit has said that train must come to a halt or he will risk becoming the next Depay - who was sold to Lyon for £21.7m earlier this week.
The Dutch ace said: "Paul Pogba is going through the same thing at United as Memphis Depay.
"He may be the most expensive player in the world, but that does not count if he is spending more time on his dress style, the colours in his hair and his social media.
"Paul should ask Memphis – and he will realise that being successful and reaching the top level in England is only possible if you perform every week and if you dedicate everything to your career.
"Even for the biggest football stars in the world there is a big rule: Playing well for your club comes first, don't let all the other stuff catch the limelight.
"That is my advice."
Meanwhile, the man himself, Pogba, has said he is finally feeling like he back up to his Juventus speed after struggling to adapt to life in England, thanking Michael Carrick for his influence.
He said: "I needed a little bit of time to adapt, there was a change of manager too, different players too.
"Five months is the time you need to adapt properly. But now we've found our understanding together and we feel much better.
"The results are there and we're getting closer to the top of the table, which is what's important.
"There's someone playing behind me (Carrick) and it's true that this helps me as I can be more free to attack.
"I can show myself more, behind the forwards. We understand each other better and I'm actually pretty free to go forward."
Pogba also claimed he has not given up hope of winning the Premier League, saying they have a chance if they carry on playing well.
He added: "It's not over yet. It's the Premier League, anything can happen."
