CHELSEA want £130million for Diego Costa - as it emerges Oscar has been secretly encouraging his Brazil team-mate to move to China, according to reports.
The Blues believe they settle a world-record transfer fee for the striker before the year is out, report the .
And they think owners in the Chinese Super League will be willing to cough up that much for the frontman.

That situation was exacerbated by Oscar, who was sold to Shanghai SIPG at the beginning of this month's transfer window.
The Sunday Times say the Brazilian informed Costa of his colossal £21m-a-year -after-tax salary.
And they claim the Brazilian believes he is significantly underpaid compared to other key players at the club.
But rather than improve his terms, Blues bosses "are understood to have asked agents to find a Chinese club willing to pay £130m or more for him".
