And according Monaco’s vice-president Vadim Vasilyev, he has hinted that he would be willing to sell the Colombian if Tianjin Quanjian improve their offer.

Speaking to Canal+, he said: “I have to think like a leader. Obviously I want to win titles and trophies, but there are special situations. There are very few clubs in the world that can refuse any offer.”

Falcao, who has 12 league goals in just ten starts this season, flopped miserably in the Premier League.

He scored just four league goals for Manchester United in 26 appearances before enduring a dismal spell at rivals Chelsea.
