Slaven Bilic and West Ham are in desperate need of a goal scorer and creative force with Zaza returning to Italy and Andy Carroll being plagued with injury add that to Dimitri Payet refusing to play for the club being rejected by AC Milan will be a blow to the London club.

While Arsenal are interested in the pacey striker, he may not be what they need to improve their current starting 11, with Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez both performing well upfront for Arsene Wengers men.

The 22 year-old has scored just 3 goals for Milan this season in 16 appearances so it remains to be seen whether he would be the answer to West Hams need for a goal scorer.

But the Frenchman's intense pace would prove difficult to deal with for any Premier League club if his teammates were to play to his strengths.

It seems though the Irons will be forced to look elsewhere as AC Milan  have made it clear he is not for sale.

The Rossoneri currently sit fifth in serie A nine points of league leaders Juventus but they are three points above their Milan rivals, and while a title challenge may seem unlikely Champions League football is more than achievable being only two points off of Napoli in third.
