CRISTIANO RONALDO was crowned FIFA's Best Player after his terrific year for both club and country.

The Portuguese star pipped both Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann to the award after his Euro 2016 and Champions League heroics.

The winner was decided by votes from national managers and captains who each picked their top three players of the year.

Ronaldo picked up 34.54% of the votes whilst Messi took second place (26.42%) and Griezmann rounded up the top three with 7.53% of the vote.

Five points were awarded for first, three points for second and one point for third - but who did the coaches and captains pick?
