Sisaket finished last seasons 13th out of 18 in the Thai League, just three points above the relegation spots.

Their 33 points saw them very much involved in a relegation dogfight and will be hoping Lita's goalscoring prowess will help them stave off the drop - or even push for the title - in 2017.

Goals were Sisaket's problem last season as their meagre return of 41 goals in 31 games saw them pick up just eight wins, nine draws and a disappointing 14 losses.

Lita netted 118 goals in his career from 412 games at clubs including Norwich, Charlton, Bristol City, Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday.

The forward even bagged nine England Under-21 caps between 2005 and 2007, netting an impressive six times.

Former Prem man Lita spent last season at League Two side Yeovil but has been without a club so far in 2016-17, forcing him to look elsewhere.

And the Thai club - to the East of the country not far from the Laos border - jumped at the chance to add a marquee name to their squad.
