Blues boss moves quick to sign the teenager, previously an unregistered player, on an 18-month deal
CHELSEA have completed the signing of 18-year-old defender Kyle Jameson.
The previously unregistered player impressed Antonio Conte on trial and the boss moved quickly to sign him on an 18-month deal.
Jameson, who started his career at Everton before ending up at Southport, will join the academy ranks at the club.

His professional contract comes just a month after showing Conte he has what it takes during a trial before Christmas.
Jameson joins Chelsea after youngsters Martell Taylor-Crossdale and Jamie Cumming also signed deals.
But news of Jameson’s switch comes on the same day John Obi Mikel confirmed his transfer to Chinese side Tianjin TEDA.
The Blues hero penned an emotional letter to fans thanking them and club owner Roman Abramovich for their support.
