Traditionally, the FA Cup third round plays host to some shock exits as England's giants are pitted against lower league opposition.

In 2016, National League side Eastleigh drew against Bolton, forcing the then-Championship club into an unwanted replay.

Further upsets over the years include Wrexham knocking out Arsenal in 1992, Stevenage comfortably beating Newcastle 3-1 in 2011 and Shrewsbury eliminating an Everton side which boasted Wayne Rooney in 2003.

The draw for this year's third round has brought with it the potential for some more surprise results.
