Marquinhos and Marco Verratti put the Premier League on high alert as they could leave Paris Saint-Germain
PSG want to keep both players but are struggling to agree improved contracts with their stars and now Europe's elite circle
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are in serious danger of losing both Marquinhos and Marco Verratti as both players seem unwilling to commit to the club from the French capital.
The club have been less dominant this season since the departure of Zlatan Ibrahimovic as well as boss Laurent Blanc who lost his job for the teams performance in the Champions League.
Emery does not seem to have the same influence as the Frenchman but has guided the club through to the last 16 of the Champions League but faces Barcelona after finishing second in the group behind Arsenal.
According to PSG chairman and CEO Nasser Al-Khelaifi is desperately trying to thrash out a contract extension for Brazilian Marquinhos.
Several offers have been made to the defender but a final agreement just can not be reached which is beginning to frustrate the club and sporting director Patrick Kluivert.
The former Ajax striker put pressure on Marquinhos to sign a new deal when he was speaking to the media in France but the 22 year old is still holding out for a better deal and is very much open to a move away.

Verratti seems even more likely to leave PSG with his agent claiming that the Italian will stay at the club for life throwing the midfielder's future in further doubt.
A host of clubs are said to be after Verratti including Juventus, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
Juventus are set to splash the cash in the summer after generating revenues of around £340m and the chance to sign one of the best Italian midfielders will surely to be to good to turn down.
