JURGEN KLOPP hopes Champions League football will tempt Joe Hart to join Liverpool.

England keeper Hart is a top summer target for the Reds boss.

And the out-of-favour Manchester City stopper, who was farmed out on loan to Torino by Pep Guardiola, wants to keep playing in Europe’s top club competition — putting the Kop giants in pole position.

City will let the 29-year-old leave after this season. Serie A side Torino are interested in a long-term deal but the lure of Champions League football is too tempting.

Hart’s England place has been threatened by the emergence of Jack Butland and Jordan Pickford.

But playing regularly in the Premier League and Europe should be enough to secure his spot as Gareth Southgate’s No 1.
