Chelsea transfer news: Cesc Fabregas and Real Madrid’s Isco wanted by AC Milan in sensational double swoop

AC MILAN have made Cesc Fabregas their top target next summer, according to reports.

The Spanish midfielder has endured a stop-start season under Antonio Conte but has continued to deliver the goods when called upon.

However, Milan are looking to bring him to Italy at the end of the season as they prepare to be taken over by a mega-rich Chinese consortium.

The £300million deal is expected to be formalised in March, and claims Milan chiefs have already set their sights on Fabregas.

Whether Chelsea are prepared to let him leave remains unclear, with Conte delighted to have the playmaker as a plan B on his bench.

But Milan are also looking to land Isco from Real Madrid, which could sway Fabregas’ thinking.
