Draxler will wear the No 23 shirt.

PSG, currently third in Ligue 1 and five points behind leaders Nice, will pay £30m up front and another £8m in bonuses.

The move will come as a double blow to Arsene Wenger who has been a long-term admirer of the forward.

Not only that, Mesut Ozil has reportedly told the Frenchman that he would only sign a new deal at the Emirates if Draxler arrived.
