Arsenal transfer news: PSG beat Gunners and Liverpool to Wolfsburg star Julian Draxler after agreeing staggering £38m fee

French giants bag their first signing of the winter window as struggling Unai Emery looks to get new side back on track

Wolfsburg will now cash in on a player who no longer wanted to play for them, with claiming PSG will hand over £30m before making the rest of the fee up in bonuses.
