Arsenal news: Alexis Sanchez reveals woes at London life as Gunners contract rebel ponders future

ALEXIS SANCHEZ has cast fresh doubt over his Arsenal future by admitting he finds London "stressful" and "crowded".

The Gunners forward and Mesut Ozil are caught up in contract wrangles, with the pair believed to be demanding £300,000 a week each.

Sanchez has just 18 months left on his current deal and Arsene Wenger has already admitted that he cannot guarantee the Chilean and Ozil will stay at The Emirates.

Sanchez told the Arsenal magazine: "I like to go to London to eat something or have a drink with my friends.

"However, I am a very home-loving person and I spend a lot of time at home.

"I do explore the city if I have the time for it but normally I would rather stay relaxed at home.

"London can be a stressful place because it's crowded and it's a big city.

"You play one game after another, meet new people every day and travel a lot. That is why I try to disconnect and relax as soon as I get some time off."
