DIEGO MARADONA shows he is still light on his feet after tip toeing on a treadmill after running 12 kilometers as he prepares for holiday.
Argentinian legend is still full of energy after a 75 minute work out where he covered 12 kilometeres, before showing off his dance during his warm down - which lasts two minutes.
As Maradona looks to slim down for the festive period he wears a colourful sports top with vibrant trainers.
The man famous for his Hand of God goal against England at the 1986 World Cup, has now gone viral for his upbeat video, as it has over two million views and 39,000 shares.
The 56-year-old manages to combine numerous styles of dancing in the video as he does the tango and rumba to the song "Perra" by Las Palmeras.
