ARSENAL continue to impress as the Premier League’s best passing team.

EA SPORTS has provided data to show that Arsene Wenger is still top of the pile when it comes to ball possession, accuracy and finding the right man at the right moment.

While many would point the finger towards Pep Guardiola and his attempts to play tiki-taka football with Manchester City, it’s actually Arsenal who have the best passer in Mesut Ozil.

Stats from EA Sports shows that Arsenal have completed 7061 passes this season, giving them a pass completion percentage of 83.45 – one of the best in the Premier League.

The Gunners have completed 4473 passes in the opposition half, with that percentage working out at 80.11.

And while Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has completed the most passes this season, Ozil has made the most completed passes in the opposition half per 90 minutes.

The German has an accuracy percentage of 82.54 and on average completes 45.9 passes in the opponent’s half each game.

Meanwhile, Hull have the worst percentage of total completed passes in the opposition half with a score of just 41.87.
