Croatian midfielder ends Antonio Conte's interest by extending his stay at the San Siro
MARCELO BROZOVIC has committed his future to Inter Milan to end talk of a move to Chelsea.
The Croatian international reportedly turned down a move to Stamford Bridge in August.
His agent claimed that Blues boss Antonio Conte attempted to convince the 24-year-old to swap life at the San Siro for the Premier League during the transfer window.
Despite that rejection, the Chelsea boss was still keen on trying to resurrect a deal in January,
However, the Croatian has now signed a new deal with the Serie A side despite their poor start to the season.

Inter confirmed the news via their Twitter account.
The club tweeted: “Marcelo Brozovic has signed a contraction extension until 2021.”
The midfielder still had more than three years to run on his existing before penning his new-and-improved extension.
He joined the Italian side on an 18-month loan deal from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015 before they invoked the clause to make the switch permanent.
So far this season he has appeared 11 times and grabbed two assists.
