German champions gave Gunners little reminder they could still face them despite topping their group
BAYERN MUNICH predicted that they would face Arsenal in the Champions League the week before the draw for the last 16.
After finishing top of Group A, Arsene Wenger will have hoped to have avoided the Bundesliga champions - who have knocked them out in all of their Champions League knockout meetings.
The Champions League draw has been very cruel to Arsene Wenger's side in recent years as they have gone out in the round of 16 for the past six seasons.

Arsenal's 4-1 win over Basel meant they edged Paris Saint-Germain who surprisingly slumped at home to a 2-2 draw against Ludogorets.
And with Bayern being one of the leading European clubs the Gunners could draw in the next round they sent a chilling tweet out to Arsenal.
It came after Arsenal confirmed on social media they were top of Group A, whilst also showing appreciation to Ludogorets.
But Bayern didn't let them gloat for long after responding with this two hours later...
And the Bundesliga side wanted to smugly remind everyone they knew it all along...

Last year under Pep Guardiola they suffered a 2-0 defeat at the Emirates before progressing to the next round after they thrashed them 5-1 at the Allianz Arena.
