Upton Park was famed for putting the fans so close to the pitch and providing an unparalleled atmosphere which made it a fortress.

But since the move to the former Olympic Park in Stratford, that intimidating scene has made way for a more sanitised reality.

Fans have been left frustrated as those who made the noise at the old ground are sprinkled around the new stadium - whilst attempts to stand up are heavily clamped down by security staff.

The old stands still stood until this week, but the diggers have since moved in and demolished the entire of the east side of the stadium.

Over the coming months, the remaining structures will be knocked down and the site will become a plot for a block of flats.

Slaven Bilic's team have not taken to their new home well and are winless in five Premier League games.

They've won just twice at the London Stadium in the league since the move and will be desperate to pick up something on their travels at Liverpool this weekend.
