BAYERN MUNICH have told Manchester United to forget about signing Thomas Muller after their treatment of Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The Red Devils tried to land Muller in a mega-money deal during Louis van Gaal’s time at Old Trafford.
And United continue to be linked with the German superstar as Jose Mourinho looks to bring the glory days back to the club.
However, United’s relationship with Bayern is at an all-time low after Allianz Arena legend Schweinsteiger was frozen out over the summer.
Mourinho forced the midfielder to clear out his locker and train with the kids, and it seems certain Schweinsteiger will leave in January.
Bayern have made it clear they are disgusted and appalled by Mourinho’s behaviour, and supervisory board member Edmund Stoiber insists the Red Devils has no chance of landing Muller as a result.
He said: “It should not be happening that someone like Thomas Muller plays for Manchester United.
