Slaven Bilic is far from impressed with his side whose slump has seen the Hammers sitting in seventeenth after 12 games.
And he has identified the need to being in strong competition for his goalkeeper Adrian - after seeing them concede 23 times already.

Adrian joined West Ham in 2013 and won the 2014 'Save of the Season' for a magnificent reflex stop to prevent Chelsea's Oscar.

But the Spaniard hasn't looked his old self this season and is in danger of the chop.
