ANTONIO CONTE had his players being put through their paces as the Premier League leaders entertain Tottenham on Saturday.

But with news that John Terry is out for three weeks through injury, Conte is set to stick with the inform David Luiz alongside Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta across the back three.

And whilst Conte's defence continues to keep out their opponents, Diego Costa's resurgence in form sees him lead the Premier League goalscoring charts with 10.

The Spaniard has scored in his last three matches and with Spurs crashing out of the Champions League midweek, he will aim to make it four.

If previous history is anything to go by, Chelsea's odds of them continuing their run look set to continue.

Elsewhere boss Conte refused to rule out a January move for midfield outcast John Obi Mikel.

Mikel, who is out of the manager's first-team plans, has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge when the transfer windows open in the new year.

Conte said: "I don’t know what will happen in January. I know now I have a squad of player and I am very happy to have this squad of players. In January, we will see."
