Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana did break FA rules by going on 220-mile trip to strip club in Bournemouth

ADAM LALLANA and Jordan Henderson breached the FA’s code of conduct by visiting a lap-dancing bar on international duty.

The pair made the 220-mile round trip from England’s training HQ at The Grove in Hertfordshire to Bournemouth to visit a strip joint on a night off.

But, according to FA guidelines issued to each England player when they are called up, players are specifically told NOT to visit lap-dancing clubs.

Liverpool team-mates Lallana and Henderson returned to The Grove well before Gareth Southgate’s 11am cut-off last Sunday but they are still in breach of the code.

Southgate and the FA must now decide on the punishment as they complete their investigation.
