EVERTON are scouting Germany internationals Niklas Sule and Sebastian Rudy, according to reports.
Ronald Koeman has cash to burn in January after a decent start to life at Goodison Park.
And the Dutch tactician wants the Hoffenheim duo to give Everton a much-needed boost in defence and midfield.
