NORWAY want Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as their manager after Per-Mathias Hogmo quit.

Hogmo called time on his three-year reign yesterday, with Norway second bottom of their World Cup qualifying group.

Now former Manchester United striker and Molde boss Solskjaer is being touted for the top job with the Scandinavians.

Solskjaer, 43, suffered a torrid nine months in charge of Cardiff before being axed in 2014.

But he has an impressive record in his native Norway, including his current second spell at Molde.

Norwegians Ronny Deila and Stale Solbakken are also in the frame.
