Patrice Evra reveals Paul Scholes was the only player who escaped Sir Alex Ferguson’s hairdryer treatment
PATRICE EVRA has revealed former team-mate Paul Scholes was the only player he knew to avoid Sir Alex Ferguson's brutal hairdryer treatment during their time at Manchester United.
The French star is well known for being a joker on Instagram, recently entertaining his 1.2million followers by singing Marvin Gaye and wearing a panda suit - but he was altogether more insightful this time.

As he took to his account to wish his former United team-mate Paul Scholes a happy birthday, he revealed the perhaps not too surprising info that the gifted midfielder was somewhat of a teacher's pet at Old Trafford.
Evra claims that during his time at the club, Scholes was the ONLY player to never receive the infamous hairdryer treatment from Sir Alex Ferguson during the duo's time at the club.
Accompanying a video of Scholes scoring a screaming volley against Aston Villa in 2006, he wrote: "Happy birthday legend! Simply the best midfielder on planet. The only player never get the hairdryer from the boss. So lucky!"

And Scholes has made no secret of his desire to follow his mentor Ferguson into management, having worked as a coach at United, and more recently as a pundit.
The former England midfielder could re-join ex-teammate Nicky Butt in charge of United's 23's team, or he could be offered a role at Wigan Athletic under old friend Warren Joyce, who recently moved to the DW Stadium to be their manager from United.
