DIEGO COSTA will be assessed by Chelsea medics today after flying home from Spain duty with a thigh injury.
The Premier League’s leading scorer pulled up while in training for Saturday’s World Cup qualifier against Macedonia and Tuesday’s showdown with Blues’ team-mate Gary Cahill in a friendly in England.
