At half-time of United's home clash vs Dunfermline, one fan was given an opportunity to score a goal he will never forget

This is the incredible moment a football fan with one leg used crutches to scale half the pitch before chipping the goalkeeper.

What's more, the supporter did it all in just ten seconds.

The heartwarming moment came at half-time in the Dundee versus Dunfermline game in the Ladbrokes Championship.

But arguably the most memorable moment came at the interval.

In this video that was shared by the club on Twitter, the announcer counts down from ten as the fan, using crutches, advances towards goal with the ball.

The Dundee United and Dunfermline substitutes can be seen coming onto the pitch to offer their support to the man.

As the announcer gets down to five seconds, the fan pauses for a moment before chipping the ball over the advancing keeper with his leg.

The crowd go wild, as do the substitutes who leap into the air with arms raised.

With Dundee United bagging the three points from the clash, it really was a day to remember for this fan.
