Chelsea target James Rodriguez wanted by Juventus as Real Madrid star says he is unhappy with life in La Liga
The Colombian international has played just four times in the league for the Spanish giants and Juve now want him
JUVENTUS are lining up a bid for Real Madrid star James Rodriguez, according to reports.
claims the Italian giants want the Colombian, who has fallen down the pecking order at the Bernabeu.
Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri is a big fan of Rodriguez, 25, who joined Real from Monaco in 2013.
But Rodriguez has become unhappy at the Spanish capital after playing just four times for Los Blancos in La Liga this season.
Clubs such as Chelsea and Inter Milan have been linked with moves for the attacking midfielder.
The Blues boss Antonio Conte would prefer a loan deal for Rodriguez but Real Madrid are holding out for a permanent move.
Tottenham have also been rumoured to keen on a move for Rodriguez.
Rodriguez told RCN: "I want to play more.
"But hey, there’s someone (Zidane) who commands all and it is he who says who plays who does not play.
"He takes decisions and he calls the shots. You have to respect all that.
"It is not how everyone says (his relationship with Zidane). It is a relationship that is fit between a player and a coach.
"I’m in a club where everyone wants to win and you are always needed to play well. It is the biggest (club) worldwide – that is Real Madrid."
