ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC broke his duck with a double and Paul Pogba scored a screamer as Manchester United bounced back against Swansea.

The Frenchman lashed home a volley from the edge of the area before Ibra netted for the first time in six games and added a quickfire second.

Mike van der Hoorn pulled one back for the struggling Swans after the break but it was not enough and their fans protested against he owners throughout the second period.

  • Ibra looked like the Karate Kid when he mockingly jumped through the air towards Phil Jones after scoring United’s second goal. Quite a celebration by the super Swede.
  • “We want our club back sang Swansea fans” and they have a point. A minute later they were 0-3 down when Ibra scored his second.
  • Swansea were everybody’s second favourite team when they they were nicknamed “Swanselona”. Those days are well and truly behind them.

  • Bob Bradley impressed the American owners with his encyclopaedic knowledge of Swansea's players when he arrived for interview. Unfortunately for him they are not as good as he first thought.
  • United have some big lads in there to defend set-pieces, but they are always vulnerable in that area. Nobody fancied marking Mike van der Hoorn when he came forward to score Swansea's consolation.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic: "I thought that was only me who had scored 25,000.

"As long as you create the chances which I have been doing the goals will come. But the most important thing is the win. The goals will come."

Paul Pogba: "It was really important to win today because the last game we didn’t win. This was the result we wanted.

"I would say it was one of my best at United. It was a beautiful goal and I’m happy.

"We lost points and we had to win . We have to go back at the top of the league and I’m sure we can do it.

"We have to keep fighting and playing like we did in the first half, then we’re going to go."
