Chelsea news: Cesar Azpilicueta reveals the secret behind Antonio Conte’s success with new 3-4-3 system at Stamford Bridge
Blues have recorded four consecutive wins and conceded no goals using impenetrable formation in Premier League
CESAR AZPILICUETA has revealed the secret behind Chelsea’s recent success: teamwork.
The Blues have stormed to victory in their last four league matches under Antonio Conte after suffering back-to-back defeats against Liverpool and Arsenal.
Chelsea have also kept clean sheets in all four wins, and many believe the new 3-4-3 formation is key to the upturn in fortunes.
Azpilicueta has looked rock solid alongside David Luiz and Gary Cahill, with Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso impressing as wing-backs.
And the Spain international reckons Chelsea deserve everything they get after putting in the hard work on the training ground, highlighting the team’s solidity as the driving force behind the changes.
Azpilicueta told : “I have always felt the confidence of the manager since I arrived and whatever position I play I always try to give my best, to do what the manager asked of me with my characteristics.
