ANTONIO CONTE has revealed Roman Abramovich has so much passion for Chelsea that he even sits in on team meetings!
Conte is known for being one of the most demanding coaches in the business.
But Conte reckons Blues owner Abramovich is just as hard on him.

The Italian was named as Jose Mourinho's successor in as boss April and started on the training pitch after the Euros having penned a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
Conte last month laughed off suggestions he was on the brink of a leaving and has since seen his team win three straight Prem games - against champions Leicester, Mourinho's Manchester United and Southampton.
The Blues are now just one point behind Manchester City, who lead Arsenal and Liverpool on goal difference, with seven wins and two losses from ten games this season.
And Abramovich is so keen to know what Conte is up to that he is even sitting in on their video sessions.
Conte told Sky Italia: "He's a very demanding employer but a great football enthusiast.
"Mr Abramovich is an employer and owner who has great passion. He wants to know and understand your ideas.
"He went to Austria to follow our training sessions. He comes to Cobham to spend time with us and watch the videos I show to my players, because he really wants to understand.
"I think that this is wonderful."
