Chelsea players help Eden Hazard celebrate his goal-laden October at club dinner

Five goals in six games for both club and country put in-form Belgian midfielder back in title-winning mode

EDEN HAZARD celebrated his October award as PFA Player of the Month by going out for dinner with his Chelsea teammates.

After four wins in five games over Hull, Leicester, Manchester United and Southampton, the lads were in fine form and happy to be back in title-winning mode.

Giving the thumbs-up to a good evening was Michy Batshuayi, who was sat alongside Nemanja Matic.

Opposite them were Thibaut Courtois, Hazard and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Hazard, especially, has been in swashbuckling form with three goals in four matches for Chelsea and two in three internationals with Belgium, for whom he helped see off Bosnia Herzegovina and Gibraltar.

Hazard's superb form follows a miserable campaign last year as the Blues slumped to a final finish of 10th place.

But he’s been a major force behind their revival this season.

After going five games without a goal for Chelsea, Hazard's three goals in October included a delightful effort in the 4-0 thrashing of Manchester United.

He also picked up one assist.

With a home date against Everton and an awayday Middlesbrough to come, expect the Blues to stay hot on the heels of Premier League pacesetters Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool.
