GUUS HIDDINK is the shock new name on the list of candidates to be named Inter Milan manager, according to reports in Italy.
Frank De Boer was dismissed by the club after just 14 matches in charge.
Former Lazio boss Stefano Pioli is an early favourite to get the job.

Hiddink, who has enjoyed two interim spells at Chelsea, is a manager the Indonesian businessman would like to talk to.
While Andre Villas-Boas could follow Jose Mourinho at a third club as Thohir is keeping all options open.
The Portuguese pair both managed Porto and Chelsea — with the Special One laying the foundations.
Marcelino, who led Villarreal to a fourth-place finish in La Liga and to the Europa League semi-finals last season before stepping down is another name in the hat, as is another former Porto boss in Vitor Pereira.
Hiddink has won trophies in Spain and England, as well as six Dutch league titles with PSV Eindhoven and the European Cup in 1988.
He also led Holland and South Korea to the World Cup semi-finals.
Inter’s long-term objective is to hire Diego Simeone as permanent manager.
So Hiddink would be an ideal short-term appointment.
